The "Bottom-up Safeguard Clause"
The conference of cantonal governments (KdK) today presented the model of a "bottom-up safeguard clause" for the implementation of the initiative on mass immigration (Masseneinwanderungsinitiative). The model was developed by the Chair of Negotiation and Conflict Management (Ambühl, Antonini, Zürcher) and is a further development of the bottom-up safeguard clause for cross-border commuters, adapting it for migration.
Tobias Langenegger Wins Young Researcher Award
NECOM researcher and doctoral candidate Tobias Langenegger won the 2016 GDN Springer Young Researcher Award (Runner Up) at the 16th International Conference on Group Decision and Negotiation (GDN) in Bellingham, USA.
